RICHMOND, Va - Corporate Chef Bill Erlenbach, of Capital Ale House, filled our kitchen with the sizzling smell of pork & portobello fajitas with onion, peppers, and a lime cilantro/chilli aioli. He finished off the meal with grilled watermelon on kale & arugula salad with feta, radish, and lemon dressing.
