RICHMOND, Va - Chef Travis of Comfort Restaurant served up a refreshing Lemon Buttermilk Pie, a perfect end to a summer meal. Comfort Restaurant is one of many participants through the city for the Anthem LemonAid Challenge. Anthem LemonAid is a city-wide effort to raise much needed funds to help fight childhood cancer. The contest asks area restaurants and rood retailers to create unique “lemon-inspired” dishes to sell and proceeds go to the Anthem LemonAid project.
