RICHMOND, Va - Award-winning playwright, Johnna Adams and up-and-coming playwright Joshua Logan Walker shared details on The New Voices for the Theater play-writing competition. New Voices Theater is a program of SPARC (School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community). High-school student playwrights from across the Commonwealth bring their original one-act plays to life on the stage at the Festival of New Works, help June 27-28 at Shafer St. Playhouse at VCU, 221 N.
