RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) -Beautiful, charismatic and athletic are just a few words to describe 16-year-old Cameron Gallagher, who collapsed and died after competing in the Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach in March 2014. Her parents, Grace and David Gallagher continue Cameron’s work planning the Speak Up 5k Run in her honor this September.
