NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Traffic was backed up for miles on I-64 east in New Kent County Thursday afternoon.
That’s because the right lane of the interstate was closed at mm 217 because of a disabled vehicle.
VDOT said the right lane had reopened as of 4:35 p.m., but that a 6.5 mile backup remains.
