RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Periods of heavy rain will continue into the early afternoon, with the rain becoming showery in nature later on. Metro temperatures are starting in the 40s and will stay there for several hours before slowly rising by midday.
Our high temperature won't occur until this evening, as temperatures will continue to slowly rise through the afternoon.
We look for highs in the low 60s in the metro area, with higher numbers south and east, and lower numbers north and west.
