RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR): The Annual Friends Dinner & Auction is one of the largest fundraisers sponsored the Scottish Rite Temple of Richmond, It benefits the Childhood Language Center. The center provides speech and hearing services to children from birth to 18 years of age and has served over ten thousand children.
Some of the auction items include a guitar signed by Roy Clark of Hee-Haw, fine art, canvas prints, antique pocket watches & furniture, Cowardin jewelry, Thai Silk Scarfs, Tie & Cufflink sets, and a host of other items will be up for auction. The Friends Dinner and Auction is Saturday, March 1st at the Double Tree by Hilton, 1021 Koger Boulevard, North Chesterfield. Doors will open at 4:30pm for the silent auction, dinner is at 6pm and the live auction after.
