RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Expect delays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, along Interstate 295 in Henrico. After last week’s inclement weather, power line work was postponed between Chamberlayne Ave. and Interstate 95. Watch for temporary lane closures.
