HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (RichmondBizSense.com) – One of the three largest homes in Henrico County has a new owner.
The 15,186-square-foot mansion at 639 Walsing Dr. sold Dec. 19 for $1.64 million, making it the highest-priced home sold in the Richmond market last month, according to the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Long & Foster Realtor Stevie Watson, who represented the seller, said the house is the third largest in the county and was on the market for six months.
“It’s an extraordinary all-brick home on three acres, which is a rare find,” Watson said. “It sold relatively fast for this expensive of a home in this market.”
