Beacon Theatre Reopens

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - With its brightly lit marquee, for years, the Beacon Theater was a beacon for movies and entertainment in downtown Hopewell before its doors shut for nearly three decades. Recently revitalized as an event space, it's now coming back to life as a concert venue. Local Music Promoter, Brad Wells shared some exciting news about the first show in the renovated space. Leon Russell will be in concert Monday, January 13^th  at 7:30pm at the Beacon Theater, 401 North Main Street in Hopewell. The official grand opening is planned for the weekend of February 20^th.
