HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Equipment failure likely caused a morning power outage in eastern Henrico, according to Dominion Virginia Power spokesman Karl Neddenien. Around 1300 customers lost power about 4:45 a.m. when a wire came down at the North East substation circuit, Neddenien said.
The outages were located along Route 33 in Highland Springs. Dominion reported all power was restored by 9:35 a.m. Monday.
