RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - We’re making a splash with the 'Friends of the Lower Appomattox River' or "FOLAR" works to protect and conserve the beautiful waterway. Wayne Walton and Dave Goode shared more details about their big 'Battle or Paddle', which is coming up September 28th beginning at 7am. Registration is $25 for adults and $10 children and active military in advance and includes breakfast and lunch and a T-shirt.
