VTM: 100th Edition of The Chesterfield County Fair

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - For one hundred years the Chesterfield County Fair has created a memorable experience for friends and families. Starting Friday August 23^rd they are back celebrating their 100^th anniversary with loads of fun and special events.
