RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - They've been best friends for decades, they work in adjoining offices in North Carolina , and they're currently on a southern multi-state road trip promoting their new novels. A journey they call the "Crazy Ladies Book Tour”. Peggy Payne, Author of "Cobalt Blue" and Carrie Jane Knowles, Author of "Lillian’s Garden" share more details.
