SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A man and his girlfriend are charged in connection to the stabbing death of a Spotsylvania County man. David Sealock Jr., 23, is accused of murdering his stepfather Robert Jones Jr.
Sealock and his girlfriend, 28-year-old Michelle Leigh Soderberg, are charged with Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder. Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Deputies said Jones suffered multiple stab wounds and died at Mary Washington Hospital on Sunday night.
Spotsylvania County Captain Jeff Pearce said Jones kicked Sealock out of his home last week. Pearce said Sealock and Soderberg snuck back in to the house over the weekend to attack Jones.
Deputies found Sealock and Soderberg at a Stafford motel where they were arrested without incident.
