RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The Caroline County Agricultural Fair is almost here but today we shared a preview. Francine Whittaker, President of the Caroline County Agricultural Fair is here along with some friends you’ll see at the fair. The 2013 Caroline County Agriculture Fair starts Wednesday, July 10th at 5pm until Saturday, July 13th located at 8332 County Fair Lane in Ruther Glen.
