The Hanover Hawks baseball team defeated Great Bridge 2-1 to win the school's first State Championship. Derek Casey struck out 10 over six innings.
Deep Run's girls soccer team also made school history by winning their first state title by defeating Battlefield 2-1. Elizabeth Ball scored both goals in the win.
