RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - A tale of survival. Tony Carr, a Richmond area pilot, was critically injured when his plane crashed at RIC two years ago. The resulting fire burned more than half of his body and his chances of surviving looked grim. Tony and his rescuers share the details about the crash that nearly killed him with us.
