LITTLEROCK, Calif. (KTLA) – A man is now charged with murder after police said his pack of dogs killed a woman out for a jog. Police on Thursday announced the arrest of a 29-year-old man on suspicion of murder in connection with a deadly pit bull attack in outside of Los Angeles.
