RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - There are thousands of children across the country who are currently in foster care that are waiting to be adopted into loving homes. More than 1,300 children in Virginia’s foster care system. One Richmond area organization is holding an 'Adoption Expo' and you are invited to learn more.
