RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - You may have noticed a few blue painted stencils on the sidewalks of Downtown Richmond, lately. There are more than a thousand of them and they mark the Richmond Liberty Trail, a 6.2 mile walk through of Downtown Richmond that passes 15 of the city`s historic landmarks.
