DULUTH, Ga. (WSB) – Police arrested two so-called peeping toms after the men fell through the ceiling of an Atlanta-area movie theater. According to arrest warrants, the men were crawling around in the ceiling above the women’s bathroom when the ceiling gave way and the men fell to the floor.
Eduard Petrovitch Kovynev, 26, and Eduard Alexander Kovynev, 27, are now both charged with peeping tom and criminal damage to property.
