RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - You have the chance to smell the beautiful flowers and see some of Virginia’s most beautiful gardens during the 80th Historical Garden Week. Madeline Hutcheson Mayhood, co-chair of the event brought in a few historical plants. Garden Week starts Saturday, April 20th – Saturday, April 27th.
