RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - City Dance Theatre is Richmond's Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities award winning youth dance troupe. Annette Holt, Co-Director of the group talks about the history of this organization and 13-year old Dancer Keola Jones performed the routine, ‘There is a Balm in Gilead.’
