Bart Yasso with Runner's World, who will be part of CBS 6's LIVE race coverage Saturday morning, dropped by the CBS 6 studios to chat about this year's race with Cheryl Miller.
Yasso said the weather will be wonderful for the race this year since rains will have washed pollen away. The CBS 6 Storm Team says temps will be in the lower 50s at the start of the race and end up in the mid 60s. [Complete race day forecast here]
"This is one of the world-class events that goes on anywhere. It's one of those big rites of spring 10K races. It's one of the largest races in the country."
Yasso offered this advice for folks taking part.
