RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The Richmond Organization for Sexual Minority Youth -- or 'Rosmy' is honoring members of the community who support l-g-b-t-q, or lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth. These "catalyst award" recipients will be recognized at the Annual 'Springtime: A Jazzy Affair' fundraiser, Saturday, April 20th from 7pm – 11pm at the Hippodrome Theater.
