RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Congress has designated March as 'National Women's History Month' and the Library of Virginia has a special series of events taking a look at women and their role in the commonwealth's history. Executive Director of the Historic Richmond Foundation, Mary Jane Hogue and Katarina Spears from the Library of Virginia Foundation share more. The ‘Books on Broad’ event is tonight at 5:30pm at 800 East Broad Street.
