COLLEGE PARK, Md. (WTVR) - Two University of Maryland students were killed and a third injured in what police called a murder-suicide, according to a report on WUSA9.com.
Police said one of the students set a fire in the basement of their home on 36th Avenue in College Park, Maryland. When all three students living in the home got out of the house, the student who started the fire started shooting - striking the two roommates.
One of the students died on scene, the other suffered critical injuries, WUSA9.com reported. The student with the gun then shot and killed himself.
