RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - It’s the ‘Year of the Snake’ as the Chinese New Year kicks off. Yu Xiao, a dancer with the Chinese Folk Dance Club at Virginia Commonwealth University, performed a traditional Chinese Dance called, ‘The Girl with a Fan – Han Dance.’
