RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Nelson County Native Sally Rose Monnes has had a passion for music since the age of 8. She enjoys performing all over Central Virginia and shared a selection with us. You can catch Sally Rose in concert Thursday, January 17th at The Whiskey Jar in Charlottesville and again on Friday, January 25th at The Blue Moon Diner in Charlottesville.
