RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Davina Seoparsan is a Junior at JR Tucker High School and is the current Miss American Junior Teen Winner who has created the Non-Profit Organization, ‘Together we can celebrate Life’ with hopes of bringing awareness to Teen Depression and Suicide.
