(WTVR) – Bill Cowher’s name is once again coming up in discussions about who will replace the slew of NFL coaches fired at the end of the season.
Cowher, who was the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1992 – 2006, remains a popular choice among fan bases desperate for a winner.
Despite plenty of opportunities, Cowher has not yet been offered a job good enough to lure him away from CBS Sports where he works as a football analyst.
ESPN.com mentions Cowher among the candidates under consideration for the Chicago Bears head coaching job.
