Ingredients
- 2 cans jumbo lump crabmeat
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp Worchester sauce
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp crab base
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add additional ingredients to eggs and beat until well mixed. Fold crabmeat into mixture and scoop & pat crab cakes into patties. Spray skillet with Pam and place crab cakes in skillet until golden brown on both sides. Garnish and serve.
