RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Crews will continue work along 95 North during the day this week. This will impact traffic coming from Boulevard toward Laburnum. The right lane is due to be closed from 8:30am until 3pm. Weather permitting. Expect delays and use 295 or the Downtown Expressway to avoid the area.
