RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- Christmas may be two months away but the festivities kick off this weekend at the Craftmen’s Christmas Classic at the Richmond Raceway Complex! Artist Teresa Pennington, who specializes in colored pencil, shares a small preview of what you’ll find this weekend.
