RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)- Happy the Artist plans to celebrate 70 years and he’s inviting all of Richmond to a very special birthday party! We sit down with the Richmond-based artist and his dog ‘Oh My God’ to learn more about “Make Someone Happy Day.” His Birthday Bash is Saturday, October 13th at 2pm at the Historic Byrd Theater. It’s Free and All Are Invited to Attend.
