RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Former Virginia governors Tim Kaine and George Allen will square off in "The People's Debate" on Monday, at 8 p.m., on Oct. 8.
The debate, which is organized by WTVR, WCVE, The League Of Women Voters of Virginia and AARP Virginia, will begin at 8 p.m. on WTVR and WCVE, as well as other stations across the Commonwealth.
