9th Annual Massing of The Colors Ceremony

Massing of the Colors Ceremony: The Virginia War Memorial and The Military Order of World Wars (MOWW), Richmond Chapter will present the 9th annual Massing of the Colors Ceremony Saturday, October 6th from 2-3pm.  The Massing of the Colors Ceremony is a Patriotic Ceremony to pay tribute to the US Flag and servicemen and women who serve our nation and protect freedom.

More than 40 unites of Color Guards, Police, ROTC, High Schools, the 392 Army Band from Fort Lee and speakers will be present at the ceremony Saturday, October 6th from 2-3pm. There will also be a special tribute to “The Greatest Generation” – World War II Veterans and the Keynote Speaker is Capt. James R. Mims, Jr, USNR (Ret.) “World’s Oldest Living Seabee (100 Years Old).
