RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Dense fog in south-central Virginia this morning is causing some schools to delay the start of their day. Visibilities in that part of the state have dropped to a quarter of a mile or less. This fog formed after rounds of overnight showers, muggier air, and light winds created the conditions for the fog development.
