RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- Powhatan’s Festival of the Grape celebrates its 10th anniversary this year! Tina Bustos from the Powhatan Chamber of Commerce previews the popular wine festival. This year’s event is Saturday, October 20th from 11am – 6pm at the Historic Powhatan Courthouse Square.
