RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- The 4th Annual ‘Supplies in the Hands of Children’ Back-to-School Rally kicks off this Saturday at Lucille Brown Middle School. Shonda Harris-Muhammed joins us in-studio to tell us more about the event and where students of Richmond City Public Schools can receive a backpack-full of supplies Saturday morning.
