CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va (WTVR) – Chesterfield Police are searching for a woman who robbed a Bank of Southside Virginia branch on Monday, Aug. 6. It happened around 4 p.m. in the 4000 block of W. Hundred Road.
Officials say a woman approached the teller, displayed a gun, and presented a note demanding money. The suspect was given an undisclosed sum of money and fled on foot.
The woman is described as a black female, 40 to 55 years of age, and is 5 feet 2 inches tall with a thin build. She was wearing a blue and black checkered scarf tied around her head, eye glasses, dark colored pants or jeans and a white jacket.
