RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Elmo is a black Shipperke mix with a spunky attitude. He gets along well with other dogs but isn’t a big fan of cats. Very playful and affectionate. Elmo is neutered, micro chipped and up to date on all his vaccinations.
