RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- This eclectic band, ‘Black Brothers’ was created by Justin & Parker Black. Their Grandfather, James W. Black was a well known Richmond Jazz Legend that the VCU School of Music’s Building is named after. You can hear them perform on Sunday, August 5th at the Watermelon Festival in Carytown.
