HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) -- After helping to deliver thousands of babies over nearly forty years, Henrico's Dr. John Bagley is retiring.
Dr. Bagley practiced primarily at Henrico Doctors hospital for the past 39 years where he guesses he's performed about 3,000 deliveries.
Brenda Slade was his first patient in 1973 and on his last day at the office, she was his very last.
Slade first came to Dr. Bagley when she was a teenager, but through the years he has helped through illnesses and the birth of her second child.
