RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- Chef John Maher of ‘Spoon’ makes his delectable dish just in time for summer. Jessica caught up with Maher at Kitchen Thyme in Richmond to make his Seared Diver Scallop with Charred Corn, which won ‘Dish to Die For’ at Broad Appetit. You can taste Chef John Maher’s creations as he teams up with Chef Tim Bereika for ‘Meddle with Spoons’ a collaborative pop-up restaurant being hosted at Ironfish by Pescados in Short Pump Sunday July 22nd.
