RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Chef Cre Moore from Eurasia Café and Wine Bar whips up a cool and tasty Strawberry and Tomato Gazpacho Soup and puts together quick and delicious Thai Beef Cabbage Wraps.

Strawberry & Tomato Gazpacho
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
 - 2 cups cucumbers - peeled, seeded, & chopped
 - 1 red onion
 - 1 cup green bell pepper
 - 1.5 cup red bell pepper
 - 1 cup tomato juice
 - ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
 - ¼ cup champagne vinegar
 - Hot sauce
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 
Method
- Combine all ingredients
 - Cove and let marinade for at least 4 hours
 - Puree in a blender if desired
 
Thai Beef Cabbage Wraps 
- ½ lb. Hanger Steak – trimmed & sliced
 - 1 cup apple juice
 - ¼ cup dark soy sauce
 - 2 T sesame
 - 1 minced onion
 - 2 T minced ginger
 - 2 T minced garlic
 
- Combine all ingredients and marinate over night.
 - 4 leaves of Napa cabbage
 - Julienne red onion
 - Julienne Anaheim pepper
 - Julienne red pepper
 - Bean sprouts
 - 2 T peanuts
 - 2 T crispy wontons
 - 1.5 oz Sambal
 - 1.5 oz soy sauce
 - Chopped Basil & Cilantro
