(WTVR) - A news anchor in Ohio says she is certain the power of prayer works.
Stefani Schaefer, an anchor on WJW's "Fox 8 News In The Morning," returned to the set for the first time Wednesday since her husband was seriously injured in a construction accident nearly three weeks ago.
Schaefer thanked the thousands of viewers – and visitors to her Facebook page -- for their outpouring of support and prayers, which she said are definitely working.
Schaefer also said the accident was so bad that doctors told her "the fact that he survived the fall is a true miracle.”
She is also convinced that her husband's progress means “prayers are being answered.”
“The power of prayer is amazing!” she said. “I am seeing miracles every single day with my husband.”
