RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays to pick back up overnight on 95 North and South. Crews will be working in the heart of the city at Boulevard (mile marker 78). Bridge work will have only one lane in each direction. Avoid the area between 8pm and 6am if possible.
