LOUISA, Va. (WTVR) - The family of a University of Virginia student murdered by her ex-boyfriend filed another lawsuit Thursday.
Yeardley Love's family filed a $30 million lawsuit against her killer, George Huguely, last week.
Love's family filed a second lawsuit Thursday against the coaches of UVA's Men's Lacrosse program, of which Huguely was a team member.
It specifically names the head coach and assistant coach, but does not specify the amount.
Huguely was convicted of second degree murder back in February.
He faces 26 years in prison when he's sentenced in august.
Sharon Love spoke publicly about her daughter death for the first time last week, when she spoke at an event urging congress to pass the Violence Against Women Act.
